You will have a growth mindset and be willing to be hands on to support the evolution of the organization to be bigger and stronger. You can move quickly, cope with a fast pace and be able to pivot to changing priorities with a solution approach. You will have a few years of experience in a HR role in a corporate environment in a small organisation or business unit, focusing on talent acquisition for all level of roles in multiple countries, employee relations and HR program management. Your charismatic style and excellent communication will have led you to build strong relationships up to C Suite level and you will enjoy collaborating with colleagues and partnering with business leaders for success.

This is an individual contributor role, based at our office in central London five days per week.
