Senior Producer – Experiential Agency – London / Hybrid – £55k-£65k Profiles Creative are looking for a Senior Producer to join a leading experiential agency—someone who thrives on bringing world-class experiences to life, from live events and brand activations to digital-first campaigns. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role, leading end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects while shaping creative concepts, steering strategy, and building lasting client partnerships.What you’ll be doing:Own the project lifecycle – from creative brief to flawless delivery across IRL and digital.Inspire clients with smart proposals, strong creative insight, and seamless execution.Deliver excellence – budgets, timelines, content workflows, and live show management, all under your control.Lead relationships – you’re the go-to for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, keeping everything on track.Drive growth – spotting opportunities, securing repeat business, and mentoring juniors to thrive.What you’ll bring: A track record of delivering complex, multi-channel experiential projects.Exceptional client management skills, with the confidence to present, negotiate, and grow accounts.Strong production know-how – live, hybrid and digital, with the ability to problem-solve under pressure.Meticulous project management skills – budgets, workflows, supplier wrangling, and team leadership.Tech-savvy with tools like G-Suite, Keynote, and project management platforms. CAD knowledge a bonus.*Please note, TV/Content Producers will not be considered for this role, we are hiring into the events and experiential space, so you must be a producer with production experience in this space.
