Test Lead/Test ManagerLocation: Corsham (hybrid 2-3 days a week)Salary: Up to £85,000 (depending on experience)NOTE: Eligible candidates must hold current UK Security Clearance (SC)We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to take ownership of a large-scale testing service, managing a team of Test Engineers. This is a senior position requiring strong leadership, governance, and strategic oversight of testing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the Test Strategy and overarching test governance.Lead test planning and assurance of integration test activities for new or enhanced capability.Deliver high-quality functional integration, E2E, and API testing.Provide accurate test estimation and input into project planning.Ensure alignment with industry best practices.Provide client-side assurance of supplier/third-party testing.Collaborate with business and process owners to design and implement test cases ensuring strong coverage.Manage the full defect lifecycle.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Engineers.Produce clear and regular test reporting on service outcomes.Identify and manage testing risks.Bring expertise in ITSM, ITIL, and ServiceNow environments.(Desirable) Experience of implementing test automation.Essential ExperienceProven leadership experience in test management roles.Strong background in integration, end-to-end, and API testing.Demonstrable experience with test strategy, planning, and governance.Skilled in defect management and reporting.Track record of mentoring and leading test teams.Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and ServiceNow platforms.Current UK Security Clearance (SC) is essential.If you’re an experienced Test Lead ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
