This includes supplier integrations and ensuring booking reliability across the platform. This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic oversight (75%) with hands-on technical contribution (25%). You will drive technical delivery, foster engineering excellence, and help scale a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable software.
- Define and execute technical strategy around inventory systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance supplier integrations, improve data accuracy, and optimise booking processes.
- Champion best practices across CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
- Remain technically involved through code reviews, architectural guidance, and complex problem-solving.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in fast-paced, distributed environments.
- Deep technical knowledge in C# .NET and cloud-native development (ideally AWS).
