Licensing Officer

Buckingham Futures are currently seeking a Senior Licensing Officer for our client in Central London. This is a full time contract due to start at the beginning of April for a minimum period of 3 months (likely to be extended thereafter) Knowledge of: Licensing Act 2003 Gambling Act 2005 Other licensing regime applications and processes Responsibilities include: Undertake compliance and enforcement work (inspections, evidence gathering, prep prosecution papers, witness statements). Represent the council at resident/business forum meetings. Prepare reports for committees and attend hearings, including court attendance where required. TPBN1_UKTJ
