About the Role: As a Sales and Parts Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients customers seeking parts, accessories, and advice. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right products, managing orders, and ensuring the smooth running of the parts department. Key Responsibilities: * Advise customers on parts and accessories, ensuring they receive the best products for their needs. * Process sales of parts, accessories, and equipment, handling transactions and invoicing accurately. * Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring popular parts and products are always available. * Assist with the ordering of parts and ensure timely delivery for customers. * Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person. * Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best products and competitive pricing. * Pro-actively seek sales opportunities by phoning and selling to existing clients. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed recommendations to customers. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in sales, preferably in the marine or retail industry, is desirable. * A strong understanding of boating products, parts, and accessories is an advantage. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure. * A proactive, positive attitude and a team player. * Computer literate with experience using point of sale systems and inventory management software. * A passion for boating and the marine industry is a plus
