Job Description

A Hampshire law firm with offices in the South and Thames Valley is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with excellent experience to join their busy Commercial Litigation department.

The role offers an opportunity to handle a diverse caseload including commercial disputes, contractual disagreements, partnership and director disputes, debt, and insolvency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including court procedures, advocacy, and effective communication with clients.

The solicitor will work within a partner-led department serving clients across sectors such as retail, property, energy, distribution, professional services, and insurance. There are strong career progression prospects for the right candidate. Salary is up to £73,000.
