An exceptional financial advice firm in Cardiff is recruiting a Financial Adviser to join their firm and be part of its ambitious growth plans. You will join a small, friendly team as a Financial Adviser and will play a key role in how the business develops for the future.

About the Role:
We seek a Financial Adviser who values client outcomes and can demonstrate the right ideas on how to develop new business. In return we will allocate tranches of existing clients to you. You will develop new business from existing client reviews as well as finding your own new clients, from your existing network or otherwise, to add to the existing clients given to you.
The ability to find new clients and bring new business into the practiceis a key aspect of this role. For our existing clients you will conduct annual reviews, complete the annual reports andprocess any new business which is likely to generate from this.
There is admin support, but you will be expected to know, or learn, how to do your own administration work.
Skills and qualifications required:

Minimum qualification level -DIPFA/CII Level 4 (essential)

CeMap, CeRER (desirable)
*
Demonstrable experience in financial advice, pensions, and investments- (preferably 2 years’ experience as a regulated adviser)

A strong understanding of financial products and services

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
*
Self-motivated and results driven with a proactive approach to business development.
