As a Sales Executive, you will be required to: * Secure new customers and generate orders by leveraging your understanding of the market and client needs. * Follow up and provide comprehensive updates on all tender and live projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. * Maintain ongoing communication with current and prospective customers, offering updates and insights to support strong relationships. * Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely quotations. * Review pricing strategies and re-quote work when needed to ensure competitiveness. * Collect market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer behaviour, and update internal databases. * Maintain and continuously improve CRM systems for generating and managing sales leads. * Actively contribute to raising the profile and reputation of the company in the market.
