This Site Manager’s role is with a leading fit out contractor, known for refurbishing some of the region’s most iconic buildings.

Starting in March.

The Role

We are looking for a Site Manager (site-based) who has the ability to lead and take ownership of a £4M retail refurbishment scheme in Central London.

• Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations, and within budget.
• Manage project programme.
• Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
• Assist with site establishment and site logistics.
• Manage all requirements for Health, Safety, and environment compliance.
• Identify and manage risk.
• Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
• Agree requirements for time, cost, and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.

To be successful in the role, you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate, and engaging approach.

Experience in shop fitting / retail refurbishment is key.

This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor.
