JOB PURPOSE
To be an ambassador who conveys the Brand\’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
- Develop client relationships through personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with line managers when necessary.
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines.
- Contribute to security efforts to prevent product thefts.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience in a similar role; expertise in the shoe department is a plus.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
