Our category expertise spans Health & Beauty, Grocery, Baby & Children, Pets, and Home. We are a small but highly experienced team who believe in delivering smart, proactive support with measurable results.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially savvy E-commerce Account Manager with hands-on Amazon experience to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage 4–6 Amazon accounts (Vendor and/or Seller Central), becoming an expert on each brand. You’ll work alongside our content, advertising, and operations specialists to ensure your clients achieve consistent growth and operational success on the Amazon marketplace. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their eCommerce career—developing their skills and growing with the agency through exposure to diverse brands and strategic challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Amazon clients, delivering clear communication and strategic direction.
  • Coordinate and oversee listing creation, SEO optimisation and brand store development.
  • Work closely with our in-house advertising specialist to plan and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor sales, advertising, and inventory performance—identify issues and opportunities.
  • Lead regular client calls and performance reviews, turning insights into action.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth execution across content, compliance, operations and reporting.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies, marketplace trends and best practices.

About You (Skills & Experience)

  • 2+ years experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts (agency or brand-side).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC and digital commerce fundamentals.
  • Confident communicator—able to build trust with clients and present insights clearly.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets to uncover insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment (agency experience a plus).
  • Enthusiastic about learning, growing and delivering real value for brands.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £30k–£40k depending on experience.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Remote-friendly culture with flexible working hours.
  • A London-based HQ for optional hybrid working and team collaboration.
  • Opportunity to work with leading and emerging consumer brands.
  • A friendly, agile team with deep Amazon expertise.
