The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially savvy E-commerce Account Manager with hands-on Amazon experience to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage 4–6 Amazon accounts (Vendor and/or Seller Central), becoming an expert on each brand. You’ll work alongside our content, advertising, and operations specialists to ensure your clients achieve consistent growth and operational success on the Amazon marketplace. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Amazon clients, delivering clear communication and strategic direction.
- Coordinate and oversee listing creation, SEO optimisation and brand store development.
- Work closely with our in-house advertising specialist to plan and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Monitor sales, advertising, and inventory performance—identify issues and opportunities.
- Lead regular client calls and performance reviews, turning insights into action.
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth execution across content, compliance, operations and reporting.
- Stay up to date with Amazon policies, marketplace trends and best practices.
About You (Skills & Experience)
- 2+ years experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central accounts (agency or brand-side).
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC and digital commerce fundamentals.
- Confident communicator—able to build trust with clients and present insights clearly.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets to uncover insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment (agency experience a plus).
