We are seeking a dedicated NMC registered nurse to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications. This role needs a compassionate individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to putting the patient first., * Perform patient observations and ensure that any patient is fit to proceed with their treatment

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team

Provide compassionate support to the patient and family

Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence.

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams ensuring that patient safety is paramount.

Willingness to work autonomously

Attention to detail, Full NMC registration, excellent cannulation/phlebotomy skills, experience in standard and complex infusion therapies. Chemotherapy experience would be advantageous.

Starting salary circa £36,000 (depending on experience)

Car allowance up to £6,465 per annum or entry to a salary sacrifice scheme

Pension – you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
