A rapidly growing insurance broker are looking for a high calibre IBA Manager who is looking to continue their career in a growing and fast paced IBA team to focus on all aspects of IBA. Key Accountabilities: Ensure premiums are collected on time from clients; funds received are reconciled with accounting entries and payments made to markets promptly Work with the Claims Team to ensure claims monies are collected when due and paid on to clients promptly Ensure that IBA processes are followed and that controls over those processes operate effectively Ensure that client, underwriter and third party statements are prepared accurately and sent out promptly each month Responsible for monthly credit control meetings with the business and preparation of quarterly IBA Reports Managing a team of 6 IBA professionals Set objectives for the team and regularly monitor performance against objectives Assist in the implementation of team and company initiatives and strategies To succeed in this role you must have extensive experience in IBA and have experience managing a Credit Control/IBA team.
