Position Overview:
We are recruiting for the role of Senior Account Manager in multiple countries. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by managing key accounts, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting our client’s communication solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients in industries related to unified communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients in your region.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client portfolio.
- Present and promote our client’s solutions, including IP phones and video conferencing systems, to high-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and products are delivered as per agreed timelines.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the unified communications market and stay updated on industry trends.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings with key clients.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience in breaking into key accounts. They previously operated on a channel sales model, but now they want to break into the direct key account market. Therefore, they are looking for candidates who have experience in developing and maintaining key accounts.
Location:
Chinese nationals based in London.
Experience:
The candidate should possess proven B2B success in the telecommunications industry, with a strong track record of securing major accounts, including telecom operators, Fortune 500 companies, and state-owned enterprises.
Languages:
Native Chinese + fluency in English.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Skills:
