As an Implementation Consultant within TeamMate, you will:
- Conduct business analysis and information gathering sessions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Work with the customer’s implementation team to configure TeamMate software, ensuring it is aligned with the customers’ business process and meets their requirements.
- Train the customers’ end-users on software functionality prior to go-live.
- Provide ad-hoc customer support.
- Work as the key interface between development, product management teams, and customers.

- Internal Audit experience would be desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
