Responsibilities:

• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze claims performance data to identify trends, underperformance, concerns, and themes.
• Develop high-level analysis using Power BI dashboards by integrating various data streams.
• Collate data from different teams for inclusion in committee, board, and management meetings.
• Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with internal and external audits of the UK claims function.
• Participate in system changes, enhancements, and related projects.
• Support peer review reporting and ensure the accuracy of reserve entries and movement reports.
• Manage SharePoint logs and trackers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Own the relationship with DXC and oversee all ECF reporting, including performance analysis.
• Maintain and develop internal claims dashboards.

Requirements:

• Strong MI and data analysis skills, with experience in Power BI.
• Experience in claims reporting within the insurance sector.
