The Senior Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to insurance brokering, client management, policy review, and sales generation. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations Experience in client management and sales Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Proven track record of meeting sales targets Certification or degree in Insurance or a related field Remuneration and incentives We believe in rewarding our staff and creating an environment where hard work and good results are recognised. We have an uncapped bonus structure designed to allow top agents to earn well over £80k with some being able to achieve beyond £100k.
