This role is ideal for someone with around a year of experience in recruitment who is looking to take the next step in their career and transition into higher-value executive search work.You will be trained in financial markets and our specialist verticals (macro and credit), so you do not need to come in with deep market knowledge. Instead, we are looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in the investment management industry.You will gain exposure to exclusive mandates with some of the most respected investment firms in the market and build relationships with top-performing investors.
