Responsibilities: Assist young people with onboarding and engagement in our programmes. Identify and help remove barriers to young people\’s success. Provide one-on-one support and guidance. Coordinate with employers and partners to support young people\’s learning needs. Deliver employability sessions directly to young people. Keep meticulous records of information and data on young people, volunteers, and partners. Lead initiatives to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
