Role Description
The Partnerships Digital Team requires an experienced Coordinator to join the Marketing Partnerships department.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running taking direction to deliver a wide range of partnerships across the Live Nation festival and venue portfolio.
The Partnerships Coordinator will be supporting the Digital Manager in partnership delivery, attention to detail an important skill, overseeing all partner integration across festival digital platforms.
The role would suit someone who excels in a fast paced environment, works on their own initiative and is able to work to tight deadlines.
Previous experience of working with stakeholders, brands and agencies is preferred, but not essential.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Experience in digital media, including paid social campaigns, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the execution of media programs and strategies
- Resourceful and flexible with a positive ‘can do’ approach
- Highly organised and excellent communicator
- Skilled at multi-tasking, essential for working on multiple partnerships across multiple festivals at once
- Experience in partnerships, marketing, festivals and/or the live music business
- An attention to detail second to none
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suites

- Working collaboratively with internal teams i.e. Account Management, festival marketing and media team
- Helping in the asset delivery and approval process with internal marketing teams, and brand clients
- Contributing to digital reports by collating stats across multiple data sources
