Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Senior Associate to Partner Level

Abacus is currently seeking a highly experienced Corporate Solicitor with a range of corporate and commercial expertise to join an impressive legal firm within Northern Ireland.

The role is hybrid, with the firm boasting modern office space, high-end hardware, and a culture of continued development. Based in the City Centre, this firm is regarded as one of the premier law firms for Blue-Chip clients across the UK and beyond.

The Opportunity

As part of the wider Corporate Transactions team, you will have a strong track record and ideally aspire toward a Partnership. Alternatively, you may already be at Partner level, and this could be the right move for you. Your experience should include handling a range of commercial contracts, including technology contracts, privacy, and cybersecurity agreements. Experience in corporate transactions, such as M&A, would also be highly valuable. The salary will be very competitive, based on experience, and complemented by a great client base and quality of work, making this an attractive opportunity.
