Position: Installation Surveyor – Heating Location: SE London Salary: £45,000 plus company van & fuel, PDA, uniform, training, generous holiday entitlement (25 days plus bank holidays) We are currently recruiting an experienced Install Surveyor to join our client, a well established heating contractor, to cover SE London and surrounding areas. Duties include: * Heating surveys – attending properties to assess the type of work and materials required in installing a replacement boiler/associated controls. * Assessing clients' needs or requirements and communicating effectively the work that will be taking place. * Working closely with the installation engineers, ensuring high quality of work including QC/post inspections. * Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients, customers, employees and sub-contractors; ensuring all queries are responded to effectively. * Ensure employee and customer safety is maintained and delivered at all times Package includes: * 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Van & fuel card * Ongoing training and development * Employee benefits program Requirements: ACS qualified – CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 Previous experience surveying heating systems IT literate, able to use PDA Social housing experience beneficial Full driving licence Excellent communication skills To apply: Click apply now to submit your details for this role
