Our client, a prestigious institution in the higher education sector, is seeking a skilled Productivity Engineer to join their IT team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft 365 productivity services , including SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Project Online, and the Power Platform .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the resolution of incidents and service requests related to Microsoft 365 productivity tools .
- Support the implementation of technological change across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Assist in service improvements , ensuring the institution benefits from the latest advancements in IT productivity.
- Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact and implement sustainable IT solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Contribute to the development of fit-for-purpose IT solutions , ensuring optimal value for investment.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and training.
What We’re Looking For:
