With exciting plans in place and current business activities supporting impressive plans for the future growth of their group, our client currently has a unique opportunity for a career-minded and ambitious Financial Controller. As part of the management team this is a key, number one finance role, at their head office in Bournemouth, Dorset.
What will the role involve?

Management and development of a small finance team;

Implementation and continuous review of systems, processes and procedures, ensuring these are aligned across the group to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial information;

Overseeing the timely delivery of all management accounts and supporting commentary and analysis;

Liaising with external accountants and ensuring all statutory reporting requirements are met;

Budgeting and forecasting;

Oversight of payroll and all day to day finance activities.

Fully CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with multisite retail, hospitality or property experience;

Previous experience of setting up processes and controls;
