Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Salary: £40,000 basic (OTE £60,000–£70,000 incl. project completion bonus)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead key in-house development projects, including new build, refurbishment, and mixed-use schemes. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a strong construction background to play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s property portfolio. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and gain hands-on experience in every aspect of self-storage development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party contractors, and external suppliers
  • Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Prepare detailed project scopes, define objectives, and assess technical feasibility
  • Oversee resource planning, allocation, and monitor project progress
  • Apply verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedules, and costs
