Property Litigation ParalegalLeading Legal 500 Firm Full time Salary DOE Central LondonWe are seeking a talented and ambitious Property Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic disputes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high quality property litigation matters in a leading West End law firm, with a clear pathway to a training contract after 12–18 months. I am also accepting candidates who have completed the SQE1.The Role:As part of the property litigation team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting solicitors and partners on a broad range of matters, including:Landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, and service charge recovery.Lease extensions, enfranchisement, and right-to-manage claims.Injunctions, disrepair claims, and boundary/neighbour disputes.Drafting legal documents, preparing trial bundles, and assisting with court/tribunal proceedings.Client liaison and case management.What We’re Looking For: ✅ Completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC). ✅ Strong academic record (2:1 degree or above preferred). ✅ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paralegal within property litigation. ✅ Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. ✅ Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.Why Join Us?Work alongside experienced property litigators in a collaborative team.Exposure to a wide variety of contentious property matters.Genuine career progression with the opportunity to secure a training contract within 12–18 months.Supportive environment that invests in your professional development.If you’re ready to take the next step in your legal career and are passionate about property litigation, we’d love to hear from you.
