This is a great opportunity for an experienced client facing account manager looking for their next career move to join a busy, successful and well established client services department. Our client is a fast paced organisation looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role. They specialise in the design, supply & manufacture of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the service delivery levels are kept above the client's expectations.
  • Attend face to face client meetings.
  • Take ownership of the overall management of your projects; be the main point of contact & build relationships through impeccable service.
  • Produce CPAs for more complex projects to share externally and internally.
  • Work closely with internal departments to deliver projects through the manufacturing facility.
  • Problem solving and working well with teams to ensure the delivery of goods to meet the customers' requirements.
  • Identify risks to the accounts both externally & internally proactively and before the client is aware.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting to your line manager.
  • Keep your WIPs up to date in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and abilities:

  • Knowledge of the design & manufacture of permanent retail displays is desirable.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Experience of working in a client facing servicing role.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude.
  • Be organised & able to manage multiple projects & tasks.
  • Possess good time management.
  • Have an ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal.
  • Be a team player and also able to work independently.
