If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well-respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in giving our clients the best-in-class quality service by providing on-site corrective and preventative maintenance and offering after-sales technical and commercial support. The position is field-based and requires working at weekends, during public holidays, and includes being on a rota to provide out-of-hours cover and rapid response. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site corrective and preventative maintenance and offer after-sales technical and commercial support.
- Possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Observe, abide by, and enforce the Company’s and client’s Health & Safety policies.
- Carry out commissioning work.
- Timely completion and submission of risk assessments, work reports, time sheets, and all other documentation.
- Timely completion of site tasks and activities as required.
- Propose and undertake any relevant training approved by your line manager.
- Understand how the team integrates with other teams to achieve overall objectives.
- Provide feedback on future product development, features, and functions.
- Provide regular updates to your line manager on any issues that may result in financial, reputational, or operational impact on the Company.
General Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good communication skills, punctual, presentable, and willing to learn and develop.
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand others’ needs and express information in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of the company and company products is desirable.
