Long established building contractor with numerous contacts in the affordable/social housing market urgently requires a Planned Maintenance Manager.
The company has been facilitating Planned Maintenance services to HA’s and RP’s for over a decade. The works generally involve roof replacements, window replacements, re-decking, cladding, and FRA type works.
The role itself is to head up the Planned Maintenance division, so the successful candidate will need to have experience in tendering, contract management, commercial management, and the ability to liaise with clients and manage sub-contractors and directly employed staff.
It is vital that the successful candidate has a background in response maintenance and preferably Planned Maintenance, running numerous contracts fulfilling support to Housing Associations and HA’s.
This is an exciting time to be joining this Contractor as they are now going through a period of sustained growth attributed to winning many contracts. There will be room for progression, and the successful candidate will be able to bring in valuable new employees as part of their team.
