Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Supervisor to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and welding, with the ability to work with various hand and power tools. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to assemble components accurately. As a Fabrication Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the fabrication department, ensuring products are produced to the highest standards., * Fabricate components from sheet metal according to technical drawings and specifications

• Conduct daily checks to ensure that all machinery and tools are functioning correctly and report any maintenance needs.

• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the production manager to optimize workflow and maximize efficiency machines.

• Lead and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and other shop-floor staff.

• Assign daily tasks and ensure production targets are met.

• Proven experience in steel fabrication is essential.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is required.

• Proficient in using manufacturing software for tracking and reporting production data.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
