We are delighted to be working with a global financial services firm, based in the City, who have created a new role due to continued growth and expansion.

Keen to hire an experienced EA with a minimum of five years senior level experience (Partner / C-Suite level), this will be a highly organisational role working alongside and with an established support team.

Ambassadorial, visible and with global liaison (on an internal and external level), they are looking for a highly organised and proactive EA who takes pride in planning, time management, prioritisation and communication.

Responsible for providing high level global diary and meeting management, scheduling across time zones, international travel schedules, visas, and expenses, you will be at the heart of the business in this highly visible role.

You must be able to work in a high performing, fast paced and ever-changing organisational role and be comfortable working in both a proactive and reactive way. Previous experience within financial or professional services required.
