Showroom Sales & Design Consultant

Excellent role for an experienced Showroom Sales & Design Consultant within a luxury, London based architectural interiors showroom which showcases an amazing range of contemporary tiles, mosaic, stone and wood. They serve the design and architectural community with prestigious commercial and residential design projects. They are looking for a Showroom Sales & Design Consultant to join a highly dynamic and friendly team. Responsibilities of the Showroom Sales & Design Consultant will include:- * To provide a design and consultation service to all approaches to the showroom including walk-in trade, email or telephone, including contractors and Architects. * To promote the products and services of the company. * To provide excellent customer service, whilst gaining a knowledge of all products. * To exceed customers\’ expectations whilst driving sales and profitability of the company. * Other ad hoc tasks including attendance at showroom events occasionally. To succeed in the role of Showroom Sales & Design Consultant you will ideally have:- * Strong sales experience preferably from a tiles, stone, wood flooring or similar interiors or architectural sector. * Previous experience as a Showroom Sales Consultant or similar. * An interior design / architectural design based background is preferable. * Excellent communication skills and strong self-motivation to exceed sales targets. * A friendly and team-oriented attitude and bags of positivity. * Energetic and passionate about interior design and sales. Development potential is also very good and the company has an excellent staff retention record. The normal hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (finishing at 5.00pm on Fridays).
