Food Safety Auditor

Food Safety and Quality Auditor
Working on behalf of our client, a renowned chilled food manufacturer, Mach Recruitment is currently looking for a Food Safety and Quality Auditor.
You will ensure that the company meets all necessary legislative and customer standards, as well as food safety best practice guidance through a robust quality management and risk assessment approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development of HACCP
2. Work closely with QA and operations teams
3. Improve controls around food safety
4. Run regular HACCP meetings
5. Actively take part in customer visits and audits
6. Conduct internal audits

Skills and Experience:

1. Ideally a Degree/HND in Food Science, Technology or a science-based subject
2. Extensive technical experience within food manufacturing
3. Experience dealing with multiple retailers
4. Trained to HACCP Level 3 as a minimum
