We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic IT Teacher who is ready for a new venture starting as soon as possible! Role Overview As an IT Teacher at you will play a crucial role in equipping students with essential digital skills and knowledge. You will deliver engaging and interactive IT lessons that inspire creativity, problem-solving, and proficiency in technology. Your expertise will empower students to navigate the digital landscape confidently and prepare them for future career opportunities. Key Responsibilities Deliver Comprehensive Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic IT lessons. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a relevant and progressive IT curriculum aligned with national standards and the school's educational objectives. Facilitate Hands-On Learning: Create opportunities for practical, hands-on learning experiences using the latest technology tools and software. Assess Student Progress: Evaluate and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their understanding and skills in IT. Promote Digital Citizenship: Foster responsible and ethical use of technology among students, emphasising digital safety and citizenship principles. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with other teachers and departments to integrate technology across the curriculum and promote interdisciplinary learning.
