Location: Paddington, London
A highly impressive global comms firm are seeking a dynamic EA to support their CFO on a 12-month contract. Based in their beautiful headquarters in Paddington, you will be the go-to person and not only support them with traditional EA duties, but you’ll get involved in project work and events too. Working on a hybrid model, they offer great benefits and have very exciting plans for the next year.
The role itself:
- Diary management
- International Travel
- Relationship management
- Coordinating events and off sites
- Ad-hoc special projects
Key things we would be looking for:
- Down to earth mature approach – team player works well with other EAs
- Exposure working with C-Suite/ Directors and Boards (previous experience with Diligent software advantageous)
- Experience working remotely building strong relationships across multiple time zones.
- Experience working within a Matrix Structure
- M&A experience is preferred
- Proactive with a keen interest in learning more about the business and key projects.
