Role Purpose: We are looking for an exceptional Senior Chef to join our opening team! The opening Senior Chef will be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations of the whole site. This will involve leading a small team, ensuring standards are maintained across all food outlets. You will be in charge of H&S compliance and kitchen administration duties. This role offers an excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading kitchen teams
• Passion for exceptional food quality and presentation standards
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop junior chefs
• Experience with menu development, costing and kitchen P&L management
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen compliance standards
