Graduate Finance Recruitment Consultant – The role

• Market mapping for live candidates
• Providing support that enables the business to provide a timely, professional, and valued service to our clients.
• Identify talent for your mandates, qualifying and providing your recommendations of potential talent with Partner direction.
• Working in conjunction with the Lead Partner to produce a shortlist of high calibre candidates.
• Produce high-quality, insightful, and robust written work including executive summaries and progress reports.
• You will help to build the best and most definitive database of private equity CFOs in the UK and Europe, covering both mid-market and large-cap firms.

Graduate Finance Recruitment Consultant – Ideal Candidates

• Degree qualified from a recognised University
• Highly organised with the ability to create best-in-class research process
• Intellectual curiosity and commercial aptitude
• Able to build credible relationships over the telephone and in person
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing
• A rigorous, methodical approach with an exceptional attention to detail
• High levels of tenacity, creativity, and lateral thinking
• Able to work well under pressure and deliver high quality results
