Your Role

As a Logistics Business Analyst , you’ll be instrumental in bridging business needs and technical solutions , ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced service delivery.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory controls (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley ).
• Develop business cases for change initiatives and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
• Lead business process design , system implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) .

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in SAP EWM, 3PL logistics , and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage IT applications for business transformation.
• Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA , and other EWM/3PL logistics tools .
• Experience managing third-party providers , ensuring service delivery and support.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience , working across Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Business Partner Master Data and Material Master Data .
