We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions, with a particular focus on service charges and related accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Service Charge Management: Oversee the calculation, invoicing, and reconciliation of service charges for our tenants, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections. Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into variances and recommending corrective actions. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
