Join the team responsible for coordinating mobile network growth through upgrades to infrastructure, enhancing our network and improving the user experience for every one of our customers across the UK. Make things happen

As an apprentice in the Regional Delivery Team, you’ll be working on projects from end-to-end with the support of your team. Throughout the programme, you’ll gain invaluable knowledge on how to manage changes and resolve issues which arise, building your confidence and doing your part to make a real difference in our sites. You’ll gain a good understanding of our legal undertakings, the design compliance process, third party management, procurement routes, and more. Day-to-day, you could be:

  1. Learning everything there is to know about the legal elements of code rights as a Telecommunications company.
  2. Visiting sites to understand how they’re designed & built, the decisions we need to make and how drawings translate into a physical build.
  3. Leading on supplier relationships to ensure targets are met.

What is involved with studying for an apprenticeship?

This apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to become skilled in your role, and combines on the job learning and academic study, where you’ll spend approximately 20% of your working hours completing learning with one of our training providers. At the end of the programme, you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification.

The must haves

You will need at least 5 GCSEs level 4-9, or a level 3 equivalent to be eligible for this scheme.

The other stuff we are looking for

Bring your authentic self. We’re looking for enthusiastic candidates ready to build their career with us. It would be great if you had previous experience in project and supplier management, but we understand that’s not always possible. If you have relevant transferable skills, such as communication and organisation, we’d love to help you develop these skills into strong project management abilities by the end of the scheme. Other qualities we’d like to see include:

  1. Good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.
  2. Data analysis skills.
  3. Attention to detail.
  4. Full UK driving license.

This role will be based in our Wythenshawe office for approximately 10 months. We are relocating our offices to central Manchester, so successful candidates should be comfortable travelling to central Manchester after this period.

Join us on a starting salary of £30,000 with an increase at 12-months to £33,000. Final landing salaries start from £40,000 upon successful completion of the scheme.
