The Role As a BID Manager , you will: Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for diverse structural steel projects. Manage all tendering activities, ensuring alignment with business strategies and client expectations. Evaluate all technical, material, transportation, fabrication, and construction costs. Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and sales to ensure seamless bid preparation. Develop key interface packages such as decking, stairs, edge protection, and fire protection. Facilitate tender adjudication, client presentations, and handover to delivery teams upon project award.
