We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Concierge/Handyman. This role will support the building in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-occupied office building, ensuring the property is well-maintained, secure, and running efficiently. Location: Holborn Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 Hours: Monday – Friday / 9AM-5PM Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Performing general building maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulb. Monitoring and managing security systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants. Assisting tenants with their needs and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Providing reception coverage and sorting incoming and outgoing mail. Carrying out occasional cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Adapting to additional duties as required to support the building’s operations.
