Full time; Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

The business is about to launch into the French market, and we require someone fluent in both written and spoken French to join our business on a permanent basis.

Customer Services Advisors are the front-line of our business, dealing directly with our valued customers. Whether you are working on inbound calls or emails, we will train you to give exceptional customer service. We want to employ customer champions to take orders, convert customers to better value own-label products and services, effectively handle customer queries and complaints, and work in the background on our websites. No experience is necessary as our CS training team will teach you all the skills you need.
