Project Administrator – Temporary for 4-6 weeks We have a great opportunity for a Project Administrator to work on a temporary basis, to start asap, for 4-6 weeks. Based in Christchurch. To start asap, for 4-6 weeks Project Administrator Pay Rate £14/hr to £15/hr dependent on experience Mon to Fri – 9am to 5pm – 30 min lunch break Working fully on site Based in Christchurch Free parking Purpose: This role will help support our clients Resource Planning and Projects team. You will ideally have experience of working within a busy project support role and be a confident communicator, on the phone, face to face and by email. Duties & tasks: Provide administration to the project team Assist with timesheets and queries Assist with resource requirements – transport, accommodation and plant for new contracts Track job progress and orders Raise POs and obtain quotes Review invoices and match with PO numbers Assist in implementation of new project / planning software You must have excellent organisational skills Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
