This hybrid role is essential for the successful delivery of our £30m new bypass project, starting in January 2025. The role will be split roughly 50/50 across each discipline, responsible for ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

Project Description: The Botley Bypass project is a significant infrastructure initiative located in Botley, Hampshire. The project involves constructing a 1.8km long, 7.3m wide single-carriageway and a 3m wide shared-use foot/cycleway along the southern side. The route starts east of Winchester Street, part of the Uplands Development Infrastructure scheme, and heads east towards the railway, crossing a farm track and the River Hamble via a new 100m bridge. It then turns south, west of Bottings Industrial Estate, before joining the A334 with a new roundabout replacing the existing A334/A3051 junction. The project also includes a comprehensive drainage network with balancing ponds, filter drains, carrier drains, and ditches, retaining existing drainage where feasible.
