Learning Partner (15 Hours) (formerly known as Learning Support Assistant)
Hours: 15 hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 12am
Contract: Fixed term until 31st August 2025
Start Date: As soon as possible, subject to references and DBS
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Partner (Teaching and Learning Support) to join our friendly team, working throughout the whole primary phase. The role is to work flexibly as part of a team, under the direction of class teachers or the SENDCo to provide teaching and learning support to pupils, teachers, and the wider school community.
We are looking for:

- Someone that can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with pupils, the staff team, and parents
- A committed person confident in working with the class teacher to support/develop learning of individual pupils, groups or the whole class

Our School
St Andrew’s is a church school in the village of Congresbury. We are blessed with spacious grounds full of opportunities for growth and learning. The most recent Ofsted inspection, January 2018, saw the school maintain its good judgement. Last year, for SIAMS we were judged as an ‘Excellent’ church school.
The Trust
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 30 schools in the Trust.
