The rate is £330.00 per day PAYE.
This is a temporary role.
The reference number is: 5262615.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policy and process and implementing Safe Systems of Working, Compliance Management and H&S management for the corporate estate including all categories of buildings.
They will act as the Responsible Person in respect of compliance including Water and Asbestos Management and will appoint and co-ordinate the Responsible Persons and Authorising Engineers for other Service delivery elements acting on behalf of the Director of Social Investment and Property.
