You will inherit a portfolio of Real Estate Finance clients with a remit to grow that portfolio by originating and executing debt transactions that align to the bank's risk appetite, from both existing and new to bank clients.

Real Estate Finance is a core and extremely important, growing part of the Bank’s business. Everything they do is focused on providing industry expertise and financial support so property investors and developers can realise their ambitions. From family homes to mixed-use schemes or student accommodation, their funding specialists support property development and investment projects throughout the UK.
You will need to be an experienced commercial banker with a real estate finance specialism. A strong portfolio/relationship manager, you will also come with a track record of winning new business along with a relevant introducer network. You will possess the skills and the ability to assess, write and present complex lending proposals.
