What You’ll Do
This role offers a unique blend of trade idea generation and client-facing responsibilities.
You’ll work across a diverse range of interest rate products, both listed and OTC, engaging with Portfolio Managers to provide high-value market insights and trade ideas, while generating sales and deepening relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and present actionable trade ideas to buy-side clients, helping them navigate market opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with portfolio managers across existing and prospective clients, expanding the firm’s reach.
- Drive sales growth in interest rate products, working closely with execution traders and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5-10+ years in fixed income sales or trading, with expertise in interest rate markets, derivatives, and structured solutions.
- Ambition: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow and succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
